Safeco Review

First I would like to say thanks to Kelly-Rudd Insurace Agency for always working with us and with Safeco to get the best service we need. Safeco has been great with us. We haven't noticed any rate increaces even though we have fairly bad credit and have had to file a few claims on both our cars. Not our fault except for the fact that we can't afford to move out the neighborhood we live in. Both of our cars have had busted windows and one of them at the same time the window was busted, the people who did it tried to start the car with a screw driver or something and busted the ignition and few other things in the car. Both times we paid a reasonable deductable and it was fixed the same day for just the broken window (and they came to us) and was in the shop the same day and done within a week for the other. Both cars had diffrent policys one we keep in the driveway while we fix it. It's driveable but needs work and saves money plus it's paid for in full so we don't have to have full coverage on it. So we have parking insurace on it and if we know we are planning on taking it for repairs then we put full coverage on it for just that week or two (just incase it gets broken into again while were working on it) and then back on parking coverage. Our other car is our main car and we have to have full coverage on. So I think our experience with Safeco has defenitly been inhanced with the use of a good agent. Plus my parents have been with agent and insurer for as long I can remember and I have been with them since I started driving adding my husband when we got married. Also I recomend paying your bills online if you can. We have never had a problem even when we do send in checks but we love using the payonline sites because it just makes out lives so much easier!!!!
