i have been a customer of safeco for about 3 years now. i have had no tickets or accidents or claims. and my premium has been increased several times. the web site allow you to ask questions. but you cannot get answer from the email. you must call the 1 800 number# . so why have the site allow you to ask questions ? My biggest problem with all insurance companies. is why are they allowed to use your credit report for insurance? why not use each individual drivers records ? what has my credit to do with my driving ? if i have good credit and a good driving record they charge you less money ? if i have a poor credit record and a good driving record they charge you more money why ? the insurance company has been ripping off it customers for years. and making larger profit with it. this is a major issue that should be made a federal law. the us congress , needs to address this issue very soon. so, send your us congressman/ women a email to show your concern with this problem.
