The Saeco Sirena has been great so far. We looked at several different espresso machines and this one seemed to be the sturdiest and best looking under $400. It is small enough to fit on our kitchen counter and not so tall that it doesn't fit underneath the cabinets. The water heats up quickly, which is easy to see on the built-in thermometer. The portafilter (the wand where you put the espresso) can be changed out to accommodate ground espresso or pods. Definitely a feature not seen in many machines at this price point. In reviews I have seen elsewhere, some people have commented that the steam wand is inconsistent when it comes to making foam, but I have to admit that we only make lattes and mochas so we haven't even tried to do so. The only issue that we have had so far is that the machine sometimes leaks water from around the edges of the portafilter. We also don't like that the machine says "Starbucks" front and center, but what can you do? it was designed for them after all. Overall, we are pleased with this machine.
