Up front its an awesome idea. Its got 2 screens ones an ereader ones a tablet PC. Both are easy to use and the screens fold into each other to form a protective case. I have also found that as you can prop it open in a tripod position and use both screens more like computer or watch videos while not holding it. It has a small Memomory of 2 gigs but has plenty of expansion ports (USB, a mini USB, and a mini SD) . Its a kind of dated with Android 1.6 OS. The touch screens are really responsive. The picture is good. Its a little heavy as you can probably imagine but its not that bad. I would love it except one major problem. Entourage doesn't support it anymore. Some things cannot update or will not work. If you want something cheap so you can read, go on the internet, play games ect this is good. It even has 2 cameras. If you want something complex run far far away. Ease of Use Its very easy to use and even comes with video tuturials. Battery Life 6-7 hours isn't bad for something that is 2 different electronics in one. Support & Service there isn't any Speed/Performance Its not bad for anything except games. Design I love the design its so versatile Durability seems bulley proof to me
