These make a great tasting snack for a work break.  Some flavors are better than others especially the berry ones. Retail price is too high but with coupons the price is very cheap and somethimes free.  The bar has a somewhat dry texture but this is a possive attribute as it encourages you to drink and hydrate yourself.  I don't care for very sweet snacks and this one has just the right amout of natural sweetness that I like. It's small size makes iteasy to carry in any pocket and is very drable and less meesy than other bars that melt from body heat.
