SOYJOY - Soy Snack Bars with Dried Fruit —

I tried the apple Soy Joy bar when I was on Weight Watchers and looking for a low-points snack on the go. Nasty.

They are dry, stick to the inside of your mouth, and are hard to swallow. I needed to swish water around in my mouth to get it out of all the nooks and crannies. They are not bland, though. They smell and taste like corrugated cardboard. There are apple flecks, but no apple taste.

I was very disappointed with the Soy Joy bar. It was less expensive than the other bars, but it was also smaller. I would not suggest trying these.

Don't be so negative, fardreamer! Including healthy individually wrapped soy-based snack foods in the papal bull was really ahead of its time. We just need an update, that's all!
