SONY STYLE STORE OLD ORCHARD MALL SKOKIE Review

I could not believe i just bought a Sony from the Sony Style store. It seemed as if i bought something from the flea market! I talked to the manager and he said, "Sorry, can't do anyting about it." , and just 3 days after they sell me a defective product!  His explanation was that it was a clearance piece and they are not responsible for the quality of the product, and this was never mentioned to us verbally or in writing. He said just take it to or mail it to a Sony authorized repair shop. That's all he can offer us. I am glad the better business bureau intervened and took care of the matter. I am still a fan of Sony products but would tell all buyers to beware of shopping from the Sony Style Store at Old Orchard Mall. Buyer Beware!
