Scope came out with a new product line, which premiered in stores September 1, 2009. The product is called Scope Outlast, and it claims to give a fresh, cool, refreshing sensation that lasts up to FIVE TIMES longer than brushing alone.
Let me begin by saying that I'm normally not a fan of Scope mouthwash because it has a "sweet" taste to it. However, I was offered a free sample of Scope Outlast, so I sent away for it and recently received it in the mail. I have to say that Scope Outlast is the best mouthwash I have ever used. With Scope Outlast mouthwash, your mouth is left feeling clean and refreshed, and that feeling lasts even after you eat!
The entire Scope Outlast product line includes mouthwash, toothpaste and dental floss picks. I can only imagine how clean your mouth would feel if you used all these products together! These products are available in two flavors: Long Lasting Mint and Long Lasting Peppermint. My sample came in Long Lasting Mint, so that is the flavor this review is based on.
In lab tests, Scope Outlastwas proven to kill 99% of the germs that cause bad breath. The technology used in this product binds to select receptors in the mouth and keeps you feeling fresh.
Bottom Line - This product works every bit as well as Scope claimed it would. Because it's a fairly new product, I've been able to find it at a very low price of $ 3.99. There are also lots of coupons floating around for Scope Outlast, and free samples haven't been that difficult to find either. My husband is a smoker, and he says that this product helped keep his mouth feeling clean even after smoking. This is a product that I highly recommend!
