Ziploc Storage Bags are a household staple here. We use them for many things in and out of the kitchen. The Quart size seems to be the most popular at my house because they are perfect for leftovers and even for storing small items that you want to protect form wetness or just to keep several small items like screws in the same place to avoid losing one. When it comes to plastic bags, Ziploc is my first choice in brands.

Ziploc Storage Bags come in a variety of sizes. You can purchase them in snack size, sandwich size, quart size, gallon size and 2 gallon size. They are boxed and the quantity will depend on the type of bag purchased. They contain 15 to 100 bags depending on type purchased as stated earlier. Prices vary but are very reasonable, usually under $3.00 a bag unless it is one of the larger size boxes.

Ziploc Storage Bags are very sturdy and reliable. They have the best zipper seal in plastic bags in my opinion. This makes them the perfect solution for storing some types of leftovers like meat from BQ's, hot dogs, bacon, etc. They are also handy for storing any kind of small items from crayons to loose fittings, bolts and screws. The uses of Ziploc Storage Bags are endless!

My Experience With Ziploc Storage Bags - Quart Size

I have used Ziploc Storage Bags for many years. I go through a box or more of the Quart size every month. Ziploc is my favorite brand of storage bags to use in the kitchen. I use them for leftovers and also for packing lunches and snacks for work. The freshness seal does not allow any odors to leak through the bag and also seals in the freshness. This is a nice feature when you have several things stored in the bags in your refrigerator, you are not greeted with multiple odors when you open the door! The seal is also leakproof if you have something with some juices. I find them very reliable in keeping things inside the bag! Ziploc has a fantastic seal.

They are also great for keeping small items together. The bags seal and provide protection and keep small items from getting lost!

Ziploc Storage Bags are also a participating brand in the Boxtops for Education program. This program redeems points for cash and products for schools.

I might add that you can also use these bags in the microwave but be sure to vent the bag and first place on a microwaveable plate. Over-heating may also cause a meltdown!
