I have nothing good to say about AT&T. When it was SBC, it was great but when AT&T took over it went down hill fast. AT&T was charging me for services that I did not have. I called them and was told it would be taken care of. The next month, the charges would still be on my bill. I made more calls and even wrote the Corp. Office many times. This went on for a year unresolved. I finely turned them in to the BBB. The Corp. Office of AT&T lied to the BBB about several things. AT&T did credit my bill for charging me for services that I did not have. I thought the problem was solved. NOPE, the very next month the charges were on my bill. DSL was horrible. I could not be online five minutes with out it dropping the connection and it was slower than the dial-up that I had before them. The problem with AT&T was never resolved between us. Maybe AT&T has improved by now, but I would not recommend them to anyone.
