    good price, modem still works after 2yrs, helpful customer service

    no english speaking operators

I have only been computer literate for 2 1/2 years.  I come from the olden days!  But I have been blessed with a hungry mind so I took to the computer right away.  Whenever I have had connectivity or other problems I have had prompt service and solutions that have worked.  I would highly recommend AT&T Yahoo to anyone!  There may be better out there but I sure don't know of them.
