    have to sign contract, price keeps going up, why aren't the techs located in the US?

This company keeps changing it's prices, you have to sign a yearly contract and when it expires they up the price without telling you so you have to watch your bill constantly.If there was another choice I'd leave this company in the dust!They have no new upgrades or services.When you have a problem your in phone que forever!
