Pros

    never stops working, modem still works after 2yrs

Cons
    their customer service sucks, no english speaking operators

its adequate service and cheaper than cable modem (i wouldnt do cable unless it was the only horse in this town). the outsourcing for technical calls is annoying and hard to understand. but usually we manage to get the job done. i would take them over some other services. but then i got in with them before they became the new AT&T and became non-customer service oriented.
