budget conscious, computer literate
Pros

    good price, modem still works after 2yrs, helpful customer service

Cons
    price keeps going up, Little slower speed of DSL, why aren't the techs located in the US?

I love using SBC Yahoo. HOwever, recently our rates went up (unexpectedly) and our service went down. Still better than most others we have tried
