It would take an act of God to make me switch.

budget conscious, somewhat tech savvy, computer literate
Pros

    good price, modem still works after 2yrs, never stops working, Technical help went beyond expectations

Cons
    no english speaking operators, Little slower speed of DSL

I was a southwestern bell customer before it became sbc and then bought out by at&t.  The only thing that changed was the price. AT&T did grandfather my plan so that the cost did not go up drastically even when I switched from dial-up to dsl.  I switched from earthlink to sbc only to get a package deal.  Initially I was not impressed but over the years they have only improved their service and their product.  So far I am a bigger fan of AT&T than any other ISP.
