Running with Scissors Review

This book is probably the best book that Burroughs has written. I've read all of his books and this one is really, I think, the cornerstone. A great one to start with if you want to read everything about his life.

There are moments in the book where I literally laughed out loud. I could not wait to read it every day...I gave up my lunch hours, bed times and other pockets of time because it was so engaging.

 It's filled with humor, drama and a bit of strange situations...Overall, very entertaining---I can't imagine anyone coming out of this childhood fully intact, but Burroughs has seemed to live through it all and become quite the success!

 If you like this book - read DRY by Burroughs next. It's great.
