This Ruby Tuesdays is awesome! It looks so much nicer on the inside than others in the state. The menu has plenty of options for any taste and budget. The salad bar is amazing. The service is consistently good. Muncie really needed something fresh and a little different. We eat out 4-5 times each week... read full review »

small proportions, expensive, okay taste

We went on opening weekend and they were out of certain foods I order. Made me order a side I didn't want and it takes awlful. Steak was very small proportioned for price. They change the decor in this place to be retro and low lighting. Was hard to see.
