My husband and I recently enjoyed a Caribbean cruise abourd Serenade of the Seas and we can not say enough good things about our trip.  We booked primarily based on the itinerary and the fact that there was only 1 day at sea.  We enjoyed all the ports of call but had as nice a time on the shipas we did on the various islands.  The ship was a perfect size so that you could always find something to do but never felt over croweded or as if you were missing other things around the ship.  The 2 musical performances we went to wee both great and we enjoyed the ship sponcered games as well.  The... read full review »

If anyone is thinking about cruising, I would definitely recommend this cruise.  It has a beautiful design, fantastic entertainment, Buffet food and Dinner meals were beyond my expectations.  The waitor staff was wonderful, friendly and always aiming to please you.    There were many things you could do on the ship so you would never get board.

Our port of calls were very interesting as well, we went to Puerto Rico, St Thomas, St Croix, Dominica and Barbados.

This ship is very clean and sanitary they had hand sanitizer dispensers right before you go to the buffet and also when you come back...

I have been on 4 cruises including a western and eastern caribbean, and a new england cruise. By far my favorite is the eastern cruise. I think the ports are cleaner than the western and feel much safer. Some of the most beautiful beaches are found in the eastern caribbean.

The water is smooth most of the time, except when cruising in the atlantic water, so if you get sea sick easily, I would recommend a cruise that sticks to the gulf portion (much calmer waters).

The food was great on this ship and the service was awesome. The entertainment was a little lacking, but that could've been because the...

This is a wonderful ship and so nice! The employees made us feel welcome in the first 5 minutes on board. They were very helpful.

The food was spectacular and once again the food help was so great. The buffet and restaurant had great food.

The covered pool and uncovered pool were available and they also had a children's pool that had a slide and fun things.

I could keep going on how wonderful the ship was.It had a miniature golf, rock climbing wall, bars, shows and much more.

If you get a chance,I recommend because I did not have a bad experience at all!

This one is definitely worth a trip unless you experience sea sickness, since it's price is low, the ship is clean and the view is breathtaking. You might want to try other regions like Jamaica, haven't been there yet but it will be my next destination. Even the food on this ship is awesome. Overall, it is not the best luxe but it is really good for such a price, I expected half of what I saw.
