Royal Caribbean - Explorer of the Seas Western Caribbean Review

Granted this was my first time on a cruise - so maybe you should take this with a grain of salt, but... There was soooooooooo much to do on this ship. My husband and I enjoyed the rock climbing wall, inline skating, and ice rink almost daily. The nightly shows were very entertaining. The food was excellent. The staff was exceptional. I would avoid any stops in Dominican Republic though. 3rd world is an understatement! Otherwise, the ship itself is amazing. I think its built for 3000 people or so, but it never felt like that many people except a couple of times. During boarding and deboarding (of course) and during the one combined buffet outside at night.
