My first royal Caribbean cruise was my sixth cruise in all. I have to say I felt as though is was a bargain basement cruise, that cost designer prices. The food was little better than a school cafeteria. I think they cut costs by leaving out butter and cream in their recipe's. By the end of the four days we were all craving chocolate, because there was none (no real) to be had on the ship .Every cake tasted as though it was cooked in a micro wave. The rooms were small, and the halls had a foul smell. Our waiter for the four nights, never smiled. We all leaned to go to the Bar before dinner and bring our drinks, because getting them during dinner was not going to happen. I will stick with Disney and carnival. I've been on Disney 3 times, and carnival twice, with no regrets. They all well worth the money.
