We took a cruise to Bermuda for our honeymoon. Both of us were first-time cruisers and didn't know what to expect. Once we made it to the front of the line of cars, a very courteous porter took our bags for us and told us how to get to the nearby lot for long-term parking. As you would expect, it then takes some time to actually board the ship, but the process went as smoothly as a well-oiled machine. On the way up the gangplank was the first of what would be a long string of "opportunities to make your cruise special" - a photographer snapping a photo of everyone as they board the ship. Little...

My family sailed on the Empress of the Seas for my daughter's Bermuda seaside wedding back in May.  I had only been on one other cruise, and I was extremely impressed.  The room was adequate for two single ladies--and I LOVED the towel animals on our beds every night.  But the service, the ambiance, the activities were all absolutely wonderful.  Our cabin stewardess, Amanda, was a jewel.  She was extremely solicitous when I sprained my ankle the first night out.  Even the doctor (although he did charge an arm and a leg) was very kind and his staff were attentive.  The cruise director's staff,...

This was our first cruise and was worth every dime. The ship was one of the smaller Royal Caribbean cruises but it had many amenties and wonderful service and staff.
We were traveling with two small children and everyone was wonderful to them the only down side with the kids was that they were not old enough to be left alone in the childrens program( they need to be 3 and potty trained) so we had to stay with them the whole time. Luckily we went with family so we had plenty of people to help watch them. Also they could not swim in the pool since they were not potty trained( however I did manage...

This was our first cruise and I absolutely can NOT wait to do it again! The weather couldn't have been any better. The staff treated us like royalty and waited on us hand and foot. My husband doesn't like to travel very much. But has repeatedly told me he will gladly go back anytime. We will definitely pick this cruise line and ship to travel on. I would definitely recommend this vacation to everyone. Sorry I didn't take a digital camera with me, just disposable. But I will next time!

It was a great cruise. The cruise directors were great and so was the entertainment.

The fun just never stopped. The best part of the trip was definately going to "Passion Island" while we were in Cozumel, Mexico. The water was so clear and fish swam all around you. It was a lot of fun.
