Rowenta Steam Iron DX1700 —

I don't love to iron but this rowenta iron makes the job a lot easier. The soleplate is

stainless steel and the iron is not too heavy to handle. The steam and spray functions
work well and wrinkles come out easily. It has a good safety feature which is an internal safety switch that will turn the iron off if it is plugged in but not moved after a certain amount of time. The water tank is somewhat awkward to fill but I got used to it after
using the iron several times.I haven't had any problems with water spitting or
leaking from the soleplate. So far it has worked well with any type of material I've

had to iron. It heats up very quickly and has a nice sturdy base so I don't worry
about it tipping over. The handle is comfortable and ironing is easy to do and quickly
accomplished. The spray setting works well when I have to iron out deeper wrinkles.
You can steam or dry iron with this model and it is easy to adjust various settings with the control lever, basically just turning a dial.
