review »I've had my Rowenta Effective for less than three years and unfortunately need to purchase another. The automatic shut off turns off while I'm ironing something and I need to fiddle with the cord to get it going again. Uh-oh. Does that sound dangerous?
I also find that the reservoir runs out before I can finish two items and I'm not even spraying. My old Sunbeam lasted for 15 years. Is it that they just don't make things the way they used to? I've been ironing for 50 years.
Rowanta makes ironing easier by the auto shutoff feature, and also heating up quickly. It's also lightweight which is easier on your arm and wrist. Rowanta makes a dull job bearable. :-)
