I've purchased three Rowenta Irons , not because they need replacement but because once a family member uses mine...a Rowenta Iron becomes the number one gift they want on thier Christmas , Birthday or any gift lists. A rowenta Iron actually makes ironing the easiest job, no a pleasure to do. With a Rowenta iron ironing is done in a third of the time it takes to do with any other brand of iron and clothes look like they are fresh from the dry cleaner. You're only regret with a Rowenta Iron is that you didn't own one sooner.
