A Closer View

I got the Soft Fabric Swivel Seat because in the catalog I had and online it looks like it would work. It has two parts which are connected in the center (like a sandwich) by a swiveling piece of plastic.

The top section is 1/2 inch thick.  The underneath of the section piece is textured rubber so it doesn't skid on the seat. That's true - it does stay in place.

Neither my mom nor I realized just how easy it was to turn in place using the Soft Fabric Swivel Seat. I've had it for months. Yesterday I was ready to give it a bad rating because my mom said she didn't feel it move. I decided to really test it out and watch her get in my car and move. Well in fact it does move her! She doesn't have to do any turning of her body. It moves so easily I believe that one may not know it is swiveling unlike a swivel chair. In addition we are apt to get in and move our bodies automatically thus negating the reason the Soft Fabric Swivel Seat works.

The top of the Swivel Seat is made with navy fabric that is easy to spot clean.

The diameter is 17 1/2 inches and the height is less than 1 inch. The weight capacity is 350 pounds with a 30-day return policy. The Soft Fabric Swivel Seat is made in Taiwan.

I can't rate the product in relation to the cost which may sound like a lot. We spend a lot of money to make my mom comfy so the Swivel Seat was "just" another product. There's nothing about it that will break unless I suppose someone 350 pounds uses it.
