Roomba iRobot Vacuum Review

Being a stay at home mom of 2, at times it seems all I do it clean clean clean! 

The Roomba came recommended to me.  Being a busy mom of 2, I am always looking for household items of convenience, so I decided to give it a try.  I must say, I am very pleased with my purchase.  My children have even taken to it as part of the the family and scream, "ROBOTY!" whenever they hear it turn on :)

It surprisingly maeuvers very well around the corners, under the entertainment center, and over the gazillion cords my husband has lying under there.  It will on occassion get stuck on things such as the corner of our bathmat or a small forgotten toy under my daughters bed.  But, for the most part, it does a wonderful job, scooting all over the house in a random pattern, picking up after us.  Its amazing how much junk that things find on the floor and emptying it is pretty easy.  No bags needed.

I still keep my old Hoover around just in case I have a big job that needs suck power.  But for the day to day maintenance vacuuming, I always use my Roomba. It has sufficient suck power for dustbunnies, crumbs, and things of the such. 

We enjoy Roomba so much, we decided to get him a friend - A Scooba!  Clean floors rock!
