In December of 2007, my husband and I saw a TV advertisement for the Roomba Discovery. We never really spent much on eachother for Christmas, but decided this would be a perfect shared gift for that year. We ordered it and it was shipped promptly. After using it for over a year now I don't think I could do without it. The remote control made it so easy to keep my floors clean during a 6 week recoup period after surgery. I never could have pushed my regular vacuum during that time. Kudos to Roomba....you're always welcome in my house. Did I mention that I have a long haired dog and 3 cats? Cleaning the brushes and dumping the bin after each run is not a problem for me personally. I would recommend this Roomba and the other models to anyone!
