RONZONI OVEN READY LASAGNA NOODLES

Let me start by saying I love lasagna but hate the work of preparing it.  this product makes it so easy and I make it all the time now.  I actually prefer these noodles to the boil type of noodles.  Try it and see - they are great.

How to simplify a great dish

I know that it drives me crazy when my lasagna noodles break and how many boxes I make to make sure it doesn't break when I put it in the pan.  The taste is actually very good and I can spend more time on my sauce and perfecting to a rich taste.   I

So simple, an 11 yr old prepared dinner last night

No boil noodles huh?  It seems to me that I tried these years ago, once, just once.  Didn't like them. But, just last night my 11 year-old daughter, prepared with nothing more than a box of **Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna**, the accompanying recipe and the other required ingredients produced a lasagna that would have made her grandmother proud.  What's more, she did it entirely on her own! Yes, she took out my 12" skillet and browned the meat, created a meat sauce and was off to the races.  Long story short, in just over an hour, the Xenos sat down to a great looking Lasagna dinner.  One bite was all it took to convince me.  I gave her a big smile, and two thumbs up.  She was beaming! **Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna** I'm sure you've seen these in the store.  Lasagna noodles that require no boiling.  Now the Rachael Ray fan in me loves the idea of this product.  The amateur chef in me was really on the fence though. The deal maker?  Have you ever handled hot freshly boiled Lasagna noodles?  It's no treat.  First, they're hot!  Secondly, they are given to tearing.  Boy can that ever screw up the presentation.  **Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna **are uncooked strips of lasagna noodles that line up so perfectly. When combined with the sauce, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses and spices, it's ready to go into the oven in minutes. Cook with tin foil cover for about 30 minutes at 375f, then remove the foil cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes and you're good to go as Rachael might say.  Actually, you let it rest for 5 minutes to cool and firm up a bit.  So it took more than 30 minutes.  It sure beats my 2 plus hour effort to make lasagna the old-fashioned way with no sacrifice in taste. **My Viewpoint** I like this product.  But I liked the smile and sense of accomplishment it produced in my daughter even more.  She now wants to be in charge of Sunday night dinner! I give **Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna**, the Xeno Seal of Approval.  Very highly recommended.  Regards, Rudi
