Ronco Rotisserie Oven — 

I bought this for my boyfriend a few years ago.  I ended up using it more than he did.  it's great for rotisserie chickens and turkeys, ribs, shish kabobs and we even cooked salmon and steak in it when we ran out of propane on the outdoor grill!  It's a little big messy to clean...but what isn't when you're cooking a gourmet dinner?  Well worth the investment.
