You get a private room and kitchen priveleges. They have washers/dryers. A lactation room which was important since I was pumping. Not to mention there is always food for your family there. I was lucky enough to find these fine people when my son become sick. Hotel rooms in the downtown area can be so expense and the Ronald McDonald House was able to put my son and I up for the night. The room was clean and neat. They even supplied food if we needed it. I will always be grateful for their help in one of the most trying times of my life.
