Rocky Mountain National Park Review

I'm a park guy, and Rocky Mountain National ranks right up there at the top!This high landscape includes a ton of majestic mountain peaks over 12,000 feet with Longs Peak one of the more well-known "fourteeners".  Aside from the great peaks, there's an abundance of lakes, rivers and forested valleys.  Your kids will love the wildlife.  Bighorn sheep, elk, moose and mule deer all inhabit the park making Rocky Mountain National one of the country's top wildlife watching destinations.  And whether you want to take a casual stroll or take on a more strenuous hike, there are hundreds of miles of trails - Lake hikes, waterfall hikes and Summit hikes.  There's just so much to do and when you head home, make sure you take a tour of the historic Stanley Hotel, America's most haunted hotel!.
