Rock of Love...with Bret Michaels Review Summary
Rock of Love ... With Bret Michaels is best described as
"The Bachelor gone VH-1, Rock, Crazy!" It's another reality show that's matching up
The Bachelor with his choice of women, yet in this one, The Bachelor is Bret Michaels from the rock band Poison. Reviewers of this VH-1 show are just about split down the middle. Some its detractors feel it's
"nauseating and vulgar," and nothing more than Bret Michael's "forum for his over-inflated image of himself." They feel it's nothing but a copy of Flavor of Love and feel they could have gotten a better rocker than Bret Michaels. Other reviewers find
Rock of Love ... With Bret Michaels to be
"one of those shows that you keep watching just to find out what they are going to do next."

Open-minded, Likes to be entertained, a reality TV watcher, always rooting for the underdog, a lover of great Drama
I will admit that at one time, I was a Bachelor t.v. show fan. I also, was an 80's child who loved Bret Michaels from the rock band Poison. — I haven't seen or heard anything about either of them until Vh-1's new show "Rock of Love...with Bret Michaels" came on. I thought this show was gonna be a train wreck and I was right. Crazy, tattooed, party animal women vying for the attention of one Bret Michaels. It basically follows the same premise of the Bachelor, just rocker style. — Bret still wears clothes that he wore 15 years ago. The women will do…

character-lover, Open-minded
Bret, babe, you make a pair of jeans look wonderful, but have we really reached such a low that we're entertained by cheesy lines and cat fights between women over a guy presented in any format other than sitcom satire? Doesn't this idea belong on an episode of Family Guy or SNL? And when did we time travel back to the idea of women needing and fighting to catch and land men being anything but offensive anyway? I tried to watch Rock of Love, but there's a commercial about 2 hamburger guys getting their own reality TV show that sums it…

I thought the show was basically a copy of Flavor of Love and it didnt' even come close to competing with Flavor. The stuff that happened in the house was funny and it was an entertaining watch but I think they could have gotten another rocker better than Bret Michaels. The only song I can remember from Poison is Every Rose. I think he also picked the wrong girl. Heather was just his type. I thought it was okay and I enjoyed watching…

a classic rocker
I love to watch this show the 1st and the 2nd. This to me is very interesting, I laugh at these girls who do these crazy things to get a date with him (Bret). When all they have to do is to knock on his bedroom door. I think I would probably be one of these girls if I were on this show. It is very entertaining, I am hoping there will be a Rock of Love 3 with Bret Michaels, I love…

This show really looked like it would be great and interesting - I was wrong. I grew up loving Bret, but could not keep interested enough to watch this. It was the same concept as alot of the other VH1 and MTV dating shows. Maybe it would have been better if it was the…
