When I first moved to Rochester, I looked into getting information from all the schools in the area. One of them was Rochester Business Institute (it operates under another name now that I cannot recall). After my initial request for information, I was bombarded with email, snail mail and phone calls for about a year afterwards. I called to complain and I was patched through to the president's voicemail, and left all of my information and that I wanted all correspondance to cease.
