conscious of credentials, don't like being sick, ask lots of questions, bedside manner matters, need staff to be kind, desire straight scoop

Wow, what can I say, Dr. Mann is the best pediatrician I've ever used (we had to change peds several times due to moves). He is old-school, but up-to-date on current trends. I have 2 kids and 3 step-kids and all 5 have seen Dr. Mann as their pediatrician. He listens to parents' questions and answers thoughtfully and directly. The staff is great and will do whatever they can to accomodate you and your child. He is affiliated with Cook Children's Hospital and more recently, Mansfield Methodist...two great hospitals. Thanks Dr. Mann, for all you've done and continue to do!
