This Christmas I decided to give it a look when searching for Christmas gifts for my very athletic boyfriend. What a great one-stop website! It is very easy to navigate and you can find anything for the athlete/runner in your life. I purchased him numerous athletic clothing items along with some supplements and sports bars. It was simple to do and I received the order fairly quick. It was hassle free. The down side to the website are the prices. Some items can be found at a much lower price on other websites. I just really liked the one-stop aspect so I dealt with slightly higher prices. Overall, I recommend roadrunnersports.com for the runner or athlete in your life. I trained for and ran my first marathon last year. I picked up a lot of advice along the way, and really worked on having the most supportive but solid gear on a limited budget. I have always been a fan of a certain brand of running sneakers, but realized the discount store from which I was purchasing them only offered one model of the brand, yet there were other models which would work better for me. Searching for a good place to have a lot of options, I wound up on the Road Runner website, where I got to use their 'Search Dog' to narrow down the sneaker options to something most suitable for me. The free shipping and 90 test run sold me - you can't get a better deal than that, even if I was paying a bit more than I was used to. I considered that extra money an investment in my well being, as I am getting a little older and feeling it in my knees and joints. Shopping the site is easy, and there's lots of other gear besides sneakers. Of course I browsed a bit too much and overspent, but I am pleased with the items I received. I actually had no need to make a return, so I cannot comment on the ease of this, but I will definitely be using this site again.

I really liked using Road Runner Sports because it was a really easy website to use. It was fun and interactive to use. I never got bored surfing the website and it looked professional, not cheap and put together by an amateur. It was really easy to navigate the site and the links were clear and easy to click on. There was a really good assortment of products to buy. This is a great website to buy anything related to fitness or nutrition. There are hard to find items located on the site and also all the very common items you expect to see. Ease of Use Nothing complicated about this, just create a profile and shop. Product Selection Such a wide range of products to buy. Product Pricing Not really much of a discount here and you can probably find them for a cheaper price if you really search around. Customer Service The customer service is awesome and always courteous and friendly. This makes shopping here worth it because in the rare case you have a problem with you order you feel like you get personalized service and the company actually cares about your business. You do not get a corporate response. Shipping and Returns I have never had a problem so I have not experienced returns.

I love shopping for all my husbands running needs at road runner sports. I generally favor online shopping as opposed to shopping in store because I like the ease of shopping from home coupled with the ease of comparing prices online. Road runner sports makes online shopping a breeze because the site is very user friendly, and if you are having any problems at all with a product or the site in general, the customer service line (the number to which is located on the home page) is very helpful. I do like that there is a huge variety of merchandise, and it is very easy to compare items within the site. I find the the prices are very competitive with other sport retailors online. The one thing that I find that the website lacks is the ability to give practical advice regarding gear that would would be able to receive in a brick and mortar store. Otherwise, road runner sports is a website that I would suggest to anyone looking a place online to shop for their running equipment.

When I was searching for weightlifting shoes I came across Roadrunnersports.com. I instantly found the shoe I was searching for by typing in the name in the search bar. I was very impressed with the site's description of the item, especially the shoe's fit indication. I had previously searched similar sites and couldn't get an accurate account of rather the shoe fits true to size but Roadrunnersports provided me with the information right under the available sizes. I wasn't too thrilled with the price of the shoe initially, but after searching the site I found out about their VIP program. This program provided me with a 10% discount on all items for a fee of $1.99 for the entire year.
