Riverwind Casino - - Norman, OK Review

Riverwind is an Indian casino located in Norman OK.  It is fairly new, only open a little over a year.  It has over 2200 electronic games and 55 card tables and an off track betting parlor.  There is also dining options from fancy restaurants to fast food.  There is a 1500 seat theater which features Vegas style entertainers.

Because it is an Indian casino gambling is legal at 18.  My first visit was to take my 18 year after her birthday.  We went on ladies night (every Monday).  The casino gives $10.00 to each lady for slot play.  I was hooked.  My daughters, friends and I have ladies night each Monday.  Some nights we leave having only gambled away our $10.00, other times we leave with a few bucks in our pockets.  

You must join their players club to participate in Ladies night, but sign up is fast and easy.  Most of the slots used to only take the cards but they are moving to mostly cash machines. 

Unlike Vegas casinos, alcoholic beverages while gambling are not free.  They cost around $4.50, there are self serve drink areas where soda, coffee, tea and hot cocoa are available.

Smoking is allowed in the casino, however unless you are right by a someone smoking air is not overpoweringly smoky.
