Rival SCVP609 6-Quart Slow Cooker — 

Easy to use and easy to clean up.  Only issue is that it would be nice to see how much time is left.  There is no manual timer so you can set your own time.  It would also be nice if there were a nicer cookbook that was sent with it.  The cookbook gets damaged and lost on the shelf where we keep our cookbooks.  They should also include something to wrap up the cord with.  Most people use a slow cooker on the counter and do not need such a long cord.
