not the best cook, but I try!, cost-conscious, budget conscious, happily married, appreciates good food

I'm not an avid cook.  But when I use my crock pot, I feel I've conquered the cooking world!  At this very moment, I smell the wonderful scents of spare ribs cooking in my slow cooker.  And in just an hour from now, I'll be enjoying the wonderful tastes, too.
