Rival Roaster with Buffet Server Review

The 18Qt Rival Roaster with Buffet Server is a great addition to the kitchen especially if you are cooking for a crowd!  The roaster includes a roasting rack, and a server with 3 removable pan.  The enamel on steel roasting pan makes for easy cleaning.  The roaster handles up to an 18 lb turkey. 

The 18Qt Rival Roaster with Buffet Servermade cooking my Thanksgiving much easier and less stressful.  I used the roaster for my Thanksgiving turkey and the roaster cooked it to perfection!  I added a little extra water and bullion cubes to the bottom of the pan.  This created more steam which roasted the turkey to perfection and kept the turkey moist.  Additionally cooking it this way in the roaster created more broth for gravy as well as shortening the cooking time!  What a bonus when cooking for a crowd!

After roasting the turkey, I cleaned the roasting pan, and then used the buffet server to keep the potatoes, gravy and stuffing warm.  All you have to do is add water to the roasting pan, use the server holder, and the steam keeps the food in the pans warm.  Because you are using steam, there are not hot spots.  Later, I used the buffet server to warm leftovers. 

Because I entertain quite a bit, the buffet server alone would have sold me on this product with the added bonus of the roaster.  I highly recommend the 18Qt Rival Roaster with Buffet Server.
