Great cooker. Plug it in and come back in 3 or 4 hours.

    Watch the power cord very short.

This roaster does what it ts supposed to do. We cooked 8 pound pork roast with wood chips and it came out great. The meat was tender and had a smoked flavor. Set and forget.
