Rival Crockpot Review

I thought the Rival crock pot was great until I discovered  one day that it was not on after four hours. I had to throw out my chicken and all the vegetables I had prepared.   When I turned the knob to low setting apparently it had not "clicked"  and so was not on.  Without an indicator light to show it was on on this could happen again!   Also when cooking chicken according to the recipes given the chicken is coming out very dry.   I wish I had a better crock pot.
