This crock pot is great, just turn to high or low and go!  It cooks mixed meals perfectly. I put in some leg quarters, fresh cut up carrots. red potatoes, cilantro, onion, red bell pepper and seasoning salt with garlic. Stayed away for about 6 hours and when I returned my meal was done.  The only thing I added later was a pan of jiffy corn bread.  UUMMMM UUUMMM GOOD!

I love my Rival crock pot.  I use it about 2-3 times a week when I know that I am going to be short on time when I get home for dinner.  I use it for Sunday lunch too.  It is so nice to fix it, forget it and come home to the smell of lunch or dinner that is ready to eat.   I love the push button features and the warm, 4, 6, 8, or  10 hour choices.  Every crock pot that has had a turn button has broken on me.  I've had this for years and won't ever go back.

I was given a rival crock pot as a wedding present in March. I have found that it is extremely easy to use. This crock pot has only three setting on it, low, medium, and high. As a new wife with not a lot of cooking skills I have found this product easy to cook many recipes that my husband enjoys. The rival company also included with the crock pot a recipe book that was very helpful in getting new ides to make. Not having many recipices yet this was a great start for our new marriage. Neither myself or my husband have ruined any meals with this product yet. Another great feature that I have found...

You can borrow money from me, but not my Crock Pot!

I love my Rival brand crock-pot!  I have had it for over 15 years.  Imagine that!  Most things these days don't even last 1 year much less 15 years.  I have used it when I was busy working so that I would have a meal when I got home, used it for family gatherings, and parties.  I even let someone borrow it, only one time, but yes I did let it get borrowed.  I was so nervous when I did this because I was afraid I wouldn't get it back.  You never know, even best friends sometimes let you down.  I think I would rather loan money than my...

This crock pot is the best pot I've ever had. It is quite attractive for one thing.  It is oval which is good if you are serving at a buffet and it doesn't take as much room as a round crock.  And it is programmable. It has 4 set timed buttons ranging from 4 hours of cooking time to 10 hours.  When the time selected is over, it automatically goes into "warm mode."   This model comes with two removable crocks: one crock is divided and the other is not. I would say that one is divided into about one-thirds and two-thirds.  This feature allows for uses such as: spaghetti on the larger side...

Rival Rival Crock Pot Stoneware Cooker

THE RIVAL CROCKPOT IS SUCH A VALUABLE APPLIANCE. ESPECIALLY IN THE SUMMER WHEN IT'S TOO HOT TO USE THE STOVE OR OVEN...i MAKE RIBS, CHICKEN DISHES, STEWS AND MANY OTHER FOODS. i LIKE THE 4 SETTINGS AND USE THE WARM ALOT...I USE IT ALL YEAR ROUND AND WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT IT. IT'S SPACE SAVING, ELIMINATES ALOT OF POTS AND PANS, DIRTY DISHES, AND YOU CAN COOK ANYTHING IN IT. WHEN I WORKED FULL TIME, I USED IT ALOT AND WOULD PREPARE WHAT I WAS GOING TO MAKE THE NIGHT BEFORE, PUT IN THE POT BEFORE I LEFT FOR WORK, AND CAME HOME TO NO FUSS OR MUSS DELICIOUS DINNER.

YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL AS TO THE AMOUNT...

I love all the features of this product.I love the lockable lid, which makes it nice if you have to transport it to someones house. It also has a place on top of the lid, where your ladle can be placed, great when making something that you have to stir every so often.,wow, all these features in one product.  Absolutely amazing. The person who invented this, had to be a woman......lol. I also like the removable pot.Makes cleaning so much easier.I received this slow cooker as a Christmas gift from my daughter a few years ago,and she wants one just like it.She also loved all the features of this product....

My Rival Crock-Pot (Stoneware slow cooker) is invauable.  There is nothing better than tossing some chopped vegtables and a pot roast into before departing.   Upon returning a few hours later, the entire house smells of                  a hardy and tasty meal.  Turned on low, it will keep your meal heated up until you want some more.  Quality,                  quality, quality!!!  The ONLY drawback I have found for this crockpot is that I need to buy a larger version to be             able to make more.  I'd rate this as a five star item.  Easily...

My mom bought me this Crock Pot as a "thank you" for taking my grandmother to her doctor's appointments and in-general helping out the family.  I'd had an older stonewear type model that I'd used for years that I thought - mistakenly - was the best of the best... until I used this one.  It cleans up SO MUCH better than the older model, seems to heat more evenly and I love the WARM setting - as opposed to the just OFF/LOW/HI that the older model had.

Both models claimed to be dishwasher friendly, but the round shape of this version - as opposed to the oval shape of the old one - made it fit in...

The Rival 6-quart slow cooker is attractive enough to leave on your counter.  I find that it works fine for meals that require all day cooking.  I don't have a problem with the cooker, I just could not find one that cooks for approximately 4 or 6 hours and goes to keep the meal warm.

I was very impressed the very first time I used my Rival Crock Pot. It heats up fast and stays at a steady temp. The keep warm feature is a very nice feature

It's very attractive sitting out on the counter. And it is also very easy to clean.

The only complaint is, that it needs a timer to shut it off at end of cooking time.
