    programmable, Awesome!!, time saver, all in one pot dinner, glass lid so you can see in, easy cleaning, easy to use, can take out the middle

Rival Crock Pot - 5 Quart Programmable — 

I've had my Crock Pot for three years and use it regularly! It's great for making a roast, but don't limit yourself. I use mine to cook dried beans and save money (versus buying cans). Plus, homemade beans taste SO MUCH better than the sodium-laden canned variety! If you're new to crock potting, visit crockpot365.blogspot.com for great ideas on ways to use your slow cooker!
