My husband loves wheat-everything, so I bought a box of Ritz Wheat Crackers during a visit to the grocery, surprised to even find them on the shelf.
Many snack crackers containing a good percentage of whole wheat have a "scorched" taste to them which I dislike, but these do not. I'll assume they may have a combination of flours in them for that reason. Even so, I have to agree with my fellow reviewer, both the taste and texture are excellent for a whole wheat flour product, and the price is exactly the same as it is for a box of original everything-sits-on-a-Ritz crackers.

read full review »You know, when it comes to things like crackers and other snack foods I'm the type of guy who usually looks for the store brand. After all, there isn't much difference between them and the name brand, right? While that may be true for most of the crackers and such out there, there is nothing that comes close to matching the taste and flavor of Whole Wheat Ritz. Crackers that are good and good for you!
