RiteAid's version of Zyrtec-D works just as well as the original

For some unknown reason, my allergies freaked out during the month of August and I spent most days either sneezing, congested, and with an awful sinus headache or in a Benadryl daze (or nap).  I don't know what has changed in my immediate environment, but my allergies have been out of control.  As the start date of my employment approached, I decided that I couldn't go through life super-congested without medication or super-drowsy with medication.  I hit up the local Rite-Aid Drug Store and bought a 24 pack of their generic version of Zyrtec-D Allergy Medication. *Rite Aid Cetiri-D Allergy & Congestion Medication* is a generic version of Zyrtec-D, an allergy medication that used to be available only by prescription but which is now an over-the-counter medicine.  The active ingredients are cetirizine hydrochloride (antihistamine) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (decongestant) and are in a 5mg/120mg combination in each extended release tablet.  They are supposed to provide 12 hour relief of: "sneezing, itching, watery eyes, runny nose, itchy throat or nose, sinus pressure, (and) nasal congestion".  You aren't supposed to use this *Rite-Aid Cetiri-D Allergy Tablets* if you have thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, heart disease, or high blood pressure.  The pharmacy salesperson asked me if I had any of them and I said "no" despite the fact that I have high blood pressure.  I take medications for the condition and do not recommend that other people ignore that warning... but I needed something to clear out my head. *Rite Aid Cetiri-D Allergy Medication* works as well as Zytrec-D Tablets.  I feel neither jittery nor drowsy when I take this product.  It clears out my head and throat within an hour or so and allows me to go to work, sleep, or just go throughout my life without having serious sinus issues.  I'm hoping that just using it for a couple of weeks to dry everything out will be all that I need to do.  My allergies are usually pretty well under control. I have been feeling much better since I've started taking *Rite Aid Cetiri-D Allergy Medication*.  It clears out my head in a reasonable amount of time and doesn't make me jittery or drowsy.  It probably isn't something that I should take with my high blood pressure, but I've done well thus far probably because I already take 2 medicines to control my BP.  I will definitely be buying this product again because it works as well as the name brand *Zyrtec-D*.  Recommended! Effectiveness This product does an excellent job of alleviating allergies and congestion. It works just as well as Zyrtec-D. Ease of Use It is simple to use this medication: just take one tablet with a full glass of water every 12 hours. Easy. Immediacy Rite Aid's Cetiri-D Allergy Medication starts to work within 30 minutes to an hour.
