This is probably my favorite restaurant in the Wetern States.  The service is remarkable even though they are extremely busy and the food is out of this world.  One tip for you is to go to the bar, you will ususuall get a table faster.  When you eat there and use your credit card or a check they send you a quarterly newsletter with discount coupons for both of their restaurants in Portland.  This restaurant is well worth your time to check out.
