All of my friends think the drugstore brand cosmetics are junk - they will only buy and swear by Mac, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancome, etc. It is very frustrating when I want to recommend a new lip gloss or eyeshadow to them. I cannot afford the expensive brands of cosmetics, so I use things like Rimmel, Revlon, CoverGirl, L'Oreal, etc. I bought this awesome, shine enhancing lip gloss at a drugstore w few months ago, and fell in love. I thought I would give it a shot and I gave it to my friends as a Christmas present. At first, they all looked at me like deer in the headlights. Then, to my surprise, they all started to open it and try it on. This had never happened before! Now I was like a deer in the headlights. I gave them each shades that I thought would match their skintones, and they loved it! They all told me they would use this stuff every day and every chance they got. I was so happy that I had finally turned my friends over to something that wouldn't empty their pockets, along with mine.

I got this lip gloss on clearance at my local drug store for practically nothing.  Because they were discontinuing the shade I chose I wondered why it didn't sell very well.  After trying this gloss and loving it, the only reason I can think of is because the initial sticker price was a little on the high side.  While I would not be willing to pay the price it was originally sold for, if I had the chance to stock up on this product in different shades I'd be happy and willing to pay more than the clearance price.  All in all, I find this product just the right touch to add a little glam to your look without being screaming "look at me!"

 Rimmel's Vinyl lip gloss definitely surprised me. For the price, I  was expecting the typical sticky lip gloss that doesn't leave your lips kissable. The application is effortless, and across the day, there was no sticky nor dry feel. I would like it if the color were a bit stronger but overall a great buy.
