This is a wonderful eyeliner... One MAJOR disadvantage is you cannot sharpen or twist it up so its a waste.... I ended up pulling the end off and pushing a couple q-tips up to get more out... Now I can actually use the product till its gone. I haven't been able to find any other product with this dramatic white that I love so much. Hope that this will be improved on their part soon.

This eyeliner is outstanding! I use it more as an eyeshadow base rather than just a liner. It works well as both, but the lines it makes is rather thick so it's not a good choice if you're looking for a narrow line in your eyeliner. Creamy and with a smooth finish once dried and a faint shine to it; it goes on even and I never have much problem in controlling where it goes or how thick the lines are on my eyelids. It also smears well when I want a smokey look. And lasts, lasts all day and night, even though it is hard to wash off later and has a bit of greasy feel to scrub off. But small flaws aside this is still my favorite eyeliner/cream eyeshadow base and one I use nearly every day without having and trouble with it clogging my pores or leaving a waxy buildup on my skin the way most cream pencils can do if you have oily skin the way I do. I bought this on a whim because I'm always shopping for better eyeliners as it's a part of my makeup collection that I have to replace often since I use so much of it and this big pencil has lasted me a long while so it's an excellent value too.

I love the scandal eyes eyeshadow sticks; you can use them as eyeshadow, sure. But you can also use them as eyeliner and it's lovely when you want to rock teal eyeliner for the day, but nothing ever stays on--this does. I get a lot of compliments on my make up when I use this product.
