Rimmel London Doing It Swell Lip Plumper —
I I also purchased Rimmel's Doing it swell Perfect Pink Lip Plumper; 100 Kiss Me! Although the color looked bright on the applicator, it was in fact a flattering shade for me when I put it on. My delima was the offensive smell and the heavy waxy texture that now coated my lips...they may have looked kissable, but they sure didn't feel like it. I'm unsure if the fault is with the manufacturer or with the store I purchased it from, since there is no packaging with the product.. (Only a plastic safety seal.) there is no experation date noted. The outer safety seal was intact as was the inner seal of the product that you break by squeezing the plastic tube to start the flow of lip gloss. Still, the product inside was rancid. It smelled like Grandma's old lipstick that's been around as long as I have. I will be contacting Rimmel/Coty Inc. with my concerns, but I haven't given up on them. I am still an avid fan of their shadows, eye linners, mascara and foundations.
