I purchased two Blackberry Playbooks last christmas. I was very disappointed that in one month it was having charging issues. Blackberry was very good with taking it to repair but when I got it back it was still having the same issue. It was then sent back and fixed and now almost a year later it's happening again. I looked on line for some information and found out many others are having the same issue. The features on this product are good but not useful if you can't charge it. Definitely thumbs down for this product. Ease of Use This product is very simple to use. Battery Life If you can get it to charge then it's ok. But there is a defect with this products charging port. Support & Service Support is great but since it came back to me with the same issue after mailing it to them to repair. I have to give it a poor rating. Speed/Performance speed is great Design the design is very nice. Sleek, light weight and very portable. Durability charging port is the only issue i had with this product
